In most cases if we have a hotel block set up please try to stay in the block. It is your choice to stay in our hotel block unless the tourney is a stay on play tournament. If there is not a special note that says MUST STAY IN OUR BLOCK or HOTEL INFO--ON YOUR OWN then you can stay in our block if there are still rooms available or stay at a different hotel of your choice.
The club does not secure hotel blocks for all tournaments. We start out securing hotel blocks for the biggest tournaments on the schedule where we send multiple teams and work our way towards the tournaments where we will send two or more teams to that city for the weekend. If your team is the only team from our club in a particular tournament then it's unlikely we will secure a hotel block. If we do not have a hotel block set up next to the tournament date we will make a note that says NO HOTEL INFO--ON YOUR OWN. Please make your own hotel plans for this tourney. If your coach has a hotel room secured for this tourney I will let you guys know in case you want to stay where your coach is staying, but you do not have to in this scenario.
All players attending the Louisville tournament April 10-12 will room together. This will be considered a college prep tournament and the girls will spend 99% of their time with their teammates that weekend.

Option 4: I don’t think all of us can fit into these three hotel blocks set up for our club. If you can try to have two moms and two players in a room or if you know someone in the club well who can chaperone your daughter maybe this is a good trip to talk to that parent and see if your daughter can go with them. If a block fills up I would call the hotel and ask for a room as an individual. You can also get a hotel room on your own at a different hotel. I would suggest the Woodland Hills area of Tulsa or hotel close to our hotel options above.
